Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GrowRoll. By creating an account or placing a wager you agree to them. Read them once — they protect both sides.

Acceptance & eligibility
  1. You agree by using the site
    Creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager counts as acceptance of these terms and the linked Rules, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gambling pages.
  2. You are 18 or older
    Real-money play is restricted to adults. We may request ID at any time, including before any withdrawal, to confirm age. Underage accounts are closed and any deposits refunded.
  3. Online gambling is legal where you live
    You are solely responsible for confirming online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction. Accessing the site from a banned territory is your risk, not ours.
Your account
  1. One account per person
    Multiple accounts — yours or operated for someone else — are forbidden. Discovered linked accounts are closed and balances forfeited.
  2. You are responsible for security
    Keep your password and session secret. Activity from your account is treated as yours unless you reported the breach before it happened.
  3. No sharing, selling, or transferring accounts
    Accounts are personal. Selling, renting, or letting someone else use your account closes it and forfeits the balance.
Gameplay & wagers
  1. Server-authoritative outcomes
    Every game outcome is decided server-side via HMAC-SHA256 commit-reveal. See the Provably Fair page for the algorithm. The client never decides who wins.
  2. Bets are final once placed
    You cannot cancel a wager after it is submitted. Disconnects, browser crashes, and refreshes do not refund a bet that has already been recorded.
  3. Balance is platform credit
    Your balance is denominated in BGL (Blue Gem Lock) at a published USD rate. It is platform credit redeemable per the Funds rules below — not currency, not an investment.
  4. Visible bugs must be reported
    If a round looks wrong, stop playing and contact support. Continuing to exploit a bug after it is reasonably apparent is treated as fraud and winnings are reversed.
Deposits & withdrawals
  1. Crypto only, own funds only
    Deposits are accepted via the supported chains and via the in-game bot. Third-party or stolen funds are forbidden — suspicious deposits are reversed or held pending verification.
  2. Chargebacks lead to permanent bans
    Disputing a deposit you authorised closes the account and forfeits any remaining balance. We pursue collection on chargebacks made in bad faith.
  3. Withdrawals may require verification
    For your protection and to meet AML obligations, first-time, large, or unusual withdrawals may be paused for KYC. We aim for a fast turnaround.
  4. No interest, no fiat exchange
    Platform balance does not earn interest. We do not act as a money-services business, broker, or exchange — balances are for gameplay only.
Prohibited conduct
  1. No bots, scripts, or automation
    Games must be played manually by a human. Any tool that automates input — including simple auto-clickers — voids winnings and bans the account.
  2. No collusion or chip dumping
    Coordinating with other players to move funds or guarantee an outcome forfeits all balances of every account involved.
  3. No reward farming
    Collecting rains, daily cases, rakeback, or any other free credit without genuine gameplay is reward abuse. Penalty is a permanent ban of all linked accounts and forfeiture of the balance.
  4. No harassment, hate, or illegal content
    Chat is moderated. Threats, slurs, doxxing, and illegal content are removed; repeat offenders are muted or banned.
Service availability & liability
  1. Service provided as-is
    GrowRoll is provided on an "as-is, as-available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  2. Maintenance & downtime
    We may suspend the service for maintenance, security incidents, or force majeure. Bets in flight during a forced outage are refunded; bets already settled are not.
  3. Limited liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of GrowRoll is limited to the balance on your account at the time of the incident.
  4. Changes & termination
    We may update these terms; material changes are announced. We may suspend or close any account for breach of these terms or for legal compliance reasons. Disputes are governed by the operator's home jurisdiction.
