Responsible Gambling

Gambling should stay fun. If it starts costing more than money, the tools below — and the help lines further down — are here for you.

Know the signs
  1. Chasing losses
Betting bigger or longer to win back what you lost. Statistically the next round is no more likely to win than the last — chasing usually doubles the hole.
  2. Hiding play from people you care about
Lying about how much you bet or how often. If you would not want your partner or family to see your wagering history, that is the signal.
  3. Borrowing to gamble
Using a credit card, loan, or someone else's money to fund deposits. Money meant for rent, bills, or food should never be on a wager.
  4. Time you cannot account for
Losing track of hours. Skipping sleep, work, or commitments to keep playing. If you cannot remember what you did last evening, count the rounds.
Stay in control
  1. Set a session budget before you start
Decide what you can afford to lose this session, deposit that amount, and stop when it is gone. No top-ups.
  2. Take frequent breaks
Stand up, drink water, look at something else. Long uninterrupted sessions tilt your decisions — short ones keep your judgement honest.
  3. Track your real wagering
Your full bet history is in the wallet. Look at the totals weekly — the number is usually bigger than memory says.
  4. Never chase a loss
If you are down and feel like betting bigger to catch up — close the tab. The urge passes; the additional loss does not.
Take a break
  1. Cooling-off period
Lock yourself out for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Contact support — the window cannot be shortened once set.
  2. Self-exclusion
Permanent or long-term lockout (6 months / 12 months / forever). Once self-excluded, we will not re-open the account inside the window, regardless of what you say later.
  3. Close the account
Account closure is final and irreversible. Financial ledger rows are retained for the legally-required period — everything else is removed.
Get help
  1. BeGambleAware
Free, confidential helpline + chat for anyone affected by gambling. Independent of any operator. begambleaware.org
  2. Gamblers Anonymous
Peer-support meetings in dozens of countries, in-person and online. gamblersanonymous.org
  3. Therapy and counselling
CBT and motivational interviewing are evidence-backed for problem gambling. Your general practitioner can refer you to a specialist; many therapists work remotely.
  4. Talk to someone you trust
A partner, sibling, friend, or colleague. The longer it stays a secret, the harder it gets. Saying it out loud is the first move.
Underage protection
  1. Strictly 18+
Real-money play is restricted to adults. We may request ID at any time, including before any withdrawal, to confirm age.
  2. Protect your devices
If you share a device with a minor, set up a separate account on the OS and use parental-control software (Family Link on Android, Screen Time on iOS, Microsoft Family on Windows).
  3. Report suspected underage play
If you believe a minor is using the platform, contact support immediately. Accounts confirmed to be underage are closed and any deposits refunded.
Our commitments
  1. Honour every self-exclusion
Once you self-exclude, we will not re-open the account inside the window — not for begging, not for promised deposits, not for anything.
  2. No targeting vulnerable users
We do not run win-back promotions to users who have stepped away or set limits. No bonuses are aimed at people showing the signs above.
  3. Transparent house edge
The math on every game is published in the Provably Fair page. We never hide the edge; the long-run expectation is on screen before you bet.
  4. Refunds when the platform errs
If a bug or outage causes loss, we refund. Documented self-exclusion breaches where we let an account back in early are also refunded.

Want a cool-off, self-exclusion, or to talk through your play? Contact support from the footer — these requests are top-priority for moderators.
