  1. Rule 1
    You must be 18 or older
    Real-money play is restricted to adults. We may request ID at any time to confirm age.

    Gambling must be legal where you live
    You are responsible for confirming online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction.

    One account per person
    Multiple accounts — yours or operated for someone else — are not allowed and result in a ban of all linked accounts.
Fair play

    No bots, scripts, or automation
    Games must be played manually by a human. Any tool that automates input — even simple auto-clickers — is a ban.
  2. Rule 2
    No collusion or chip dumping
    Coordinating with other players to move funds or guarantee an outcome forfeits all balances of every account involved.
  3. Rule 3
    No exploiting bugs
    If you find a bug, report it. Profiting from a known bug is treated as theft — winnings will be reversed and the account banned.
  4. Rule 4
    No reward farming
    Collecting rains, opening daily cases, claiming rakeback or any other free credit without actually gambling is reward abuse. Penalty is a permanent ban of all linked accounts and forfeiture of every associated balance.
Deposits & withdrawals

  1. Rule 1
    Deposit from your own funds only
    Third-party deposits and stolen funds are forbidden. Suspicious deposits are returned at the operator’s discretion.
  2. Rule 2
    Chargebacks lead to permanent bans
    Disputing a deposit you authorized closes the account and forfeits any remaining balance.
  3. Rule 3
    Withdrawals may require verification
    For your security, large or first-time withdrawals can be paused while we confirm the request is from you.

    No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing. Disagreements are fine — attacks on people are not.

    No spam or advertising
    Don’t flood chat, post referral links to other sites, or promote services. Repeat offenders are muted.

    Use the right channel
    Pick a language room when chatting in a non-English language. High Rollers is reserved for level 100 and above.

Penalties

    Minor chat infractions earn a warning, then a temporary mute. Repeat or severe cases skip straight to ban.

    Bans are final
    Once an account is banned for cheating, fraud, or chargeback abuse, remaining balances are forfeited and appeals are not accepted.
  3. Rule 3
    Moderator decisions are binding
    Admin and support staff have final say on rule enforcement. Arguing with mods in chat is itself a chat violation.
